After I make payment when will my supplies get shipped?

We ship directly to your doorstep except on peculiar occasions, and shipping duration varies based on locations. All orders are shipped within 48 hours.

What are your working hours?

Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm

 

My order did not arrive within the stipulated time, how do I track it?

Send an email to our customer care representative on our contact us page, you will get a swift response

 

Do you accept payment on delivery?

As an online store, all transaction processes except dispatching your supplies to you are completed online. At the check out point, we have various payment options.
Please complete your payment on the website via card payment or bank transfer, as cash on delivery is not acceptable.

 

Is there a minimum order for any of your supplies?

No, there isn’t! We sell in single units as well as in batches. You can order as much as you want, as long as we’ve got it! It’s yours!

 

Do you substitute brands, colours or supplies?

We understand how important your colour choices and preferred brand is to you, and we will not compromise your order for anything. If your preferred order is currently unavailable, it will be displayed as “out of stock”, that way you will never have to experience the heartbreak of “What I ordered vs What I got”. All images on our website represent exact Items.

 

Oh no, my items are incomplete!

If you are certain that some items in your supplies are missing, send a mail to our customer care representative on info@jayspetshop.com.

 

 

Cancelling an order

As we work tirelessly to offer you quality service, we will highly appreciate it if you only place an order you are certain you want to buy. Cancelling of orders is highly discouraged, as it might give our representatives extra work which might affect other art maniacs from getting their supplies on time. Let’s be considerate of other members of the community.
